A list of good stretches for cycling.
Did I mention that I am going to be starting a cycling routine. I think I will document it here, since I'm not really using this for anything else.
Goal:
I plan on cycling at least twice a week for the course of the summer starting today, May 3 2006. I will document each time I go out, and record where and when I am going.
